RETURN POLICY

• We’re sorry things didn’t work out for you, but we have a solution, we accept returns postmarked within 21 days from the day you receive your order.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or a different form of payment.
• Returns must be received in new condition, unused, and all items must have original tags attached.
• The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: earrings, ear cuffs, vintage accessories, and any other items marked as “ Final Sale.” Items returned with obvious use will be subject to refusal.
• Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit cards, Paypal) will require a handling and processing fee of $7.95, which will be deducted from the amount of purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for the return shipping of merchandise purchased.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

• You must return your items to the address below within 21 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• PLEASE NOTE: International shipping will only be through Standard USPS shipping only.
• We ship World Wide, however, there are a few locations that we currently do not ship at the present time.
• If you would like something shipped outside the United States please inform us through [email protected] where it is you would like us to ship merchandise and the merchandise item number, we can give you the shipping details and the time frame in which you would receive your package.

REFUNDS AND PROCESSING

• Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.

• Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $75 excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, Military and Air Force Base Services.
• Just a reminder that orders will ship out within 1 – 3 business days of ordering. You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

• Overnight Shipping $30.00 (1 Business Day)

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

• Orders placed for overnight service before 1:00 p.m. EST will ship out the same day and will arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends.)
• Please note at this time Saturday delivery is not available.
• HAWAII, ALASKA, P.O. BOXES, APO/FPO & U.S. TERRITORIES
• We accept orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority Mail Service

HAWAII AND ALASKA CUSTOMERS

• The cost for shipping is $24.95 per order. Items going to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via UPS Air and arrive within 7-11 business days.

US VIRGIN ISLANDS, PUERTO RICO AND GUAM CUSTOMERS

• The cost for shipping is $24.95 per order. Your order will ship via UPS from our facilities. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery

MILITARY/AIR FORCE BASE CUSTOMERS

• The cost for shipping is $14.95 per order. Your order will ship via UPS from our facilities. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery
